Short answer
John Beal Roofing has been putting roofs back on Missouri homes since 1947. At the Lake of the Ozarks we replace and repair roofs, handle storm and hail damage with documented inspections, install seamless gutters, and answer the phone live at any hour of any day.
Roofing at the lake is its own problem
A roof facing open water does not age like a roof three streets back. Wind crossing the main channel reaches it with none of the friction a treeline provides, so the lake-facing slope loses shingles years before the back of the same house shows any wear at all. Build a lakefront roof to standard inland spec and you will be replacing it early.
North of the water the problem changes entirely. Around Eldon, Versailles, Stover and Lincoln the ground opens up and the issue is hail — hail that bruises the mat under the granules and leaves a roof looking completely normal from the driveway while its clock quietly runs out.
We build and inspect for the exposure a property actually has, which is why our scope for a bluff-top house in Four Seasons reads differently from one for a farmhouse outside Cole Camp.

Family-run since 1947
John Beal Roofing is a third-generation Missouri company. After a hail event, out-of-state crews work these towns hard and are gone by the time a warranty question comes up. We are not one of them — we have been here for over seventy-five years and we intend to be here for the next warranty call.
When Mother Nature's at her worst, we're at our best.
