About John Beal Roofing

John Beal Roofing started in Missouri in 1947 and has stayed a family-run company ever since. Roofing Lake of the Ozarks is our Lake of the Ozarks division — the same company, the same crews, the same warranty, working the lake market specifically.

What makes this market different is exposure and absence. Roofs facing open water take wind that inland roofs never see, and a large share of the property here belongs to people who are somewhere else when the damage happens. Both of those shape how we work: we build for the exposure a property actually has, and we document everything photographically so an owner four hours away knows exactly what is going on.

What we will not do

We will not tell you that you need a new roof when you do not. Our inspections are free and a large number of them end with us saying the roof has years left and handing over the photographs anyway. That costs us a job and earns the call five years later.

We will not disappear either. After a hail event this region fills with out-of-state crews who sign as many contracts as they can and leave. When a warranty question comes up three years on, there is nobody to call. We have been a Missouri company for over seventy-five years.
