Free Roof Inspection at the Lake of the Ozarks

What a real inspection includes

We get on the roof. We photograph the field, the ridge, the valleys, the flashings, the penetrations and the edges. Where hail is suspected we chalk test squares and count strikes. We check the attic side where access allows, because ventilation and decking condition tell as much as the shingles do.

Then you get the file. Photographs, findings and a written scope if work is warranted.

There is no catch. The inspection costs nothing, carries no obligation, and the photographs are yours whether you hire us, hire someone else, or do nothing.

A free inspection that always concludes you need a new roof is not an inspection. We turn work down regularly, and that is exactly why people call us back years later.

Out-of-town owners

You do not have to be present. A large share of the property we inspect at the lake belongs to people who live in St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield or out of state. We inspect, document and send you everything.
